Adriaan Korevaar founded Shape Your World! in 2009 with the aim to significantly contribute to the world. Our world. And make it better.


Since 1994 he has acquired substantial international experience in commercial and non-profit project management and leadership.

Starting out as a consultant in real estate and construction he shifted in 2000 into heading up Humanitarian Aid and Development programs in Africa.  He is available to offer a range of evaluation and leadership consultancies as well as personal coaching and mediation.


Adriaan loves the outdoors, and to work out. He lives in the forest in a small village in The Netherlands. He is passionate to guide people, and the organisations they work for, to their strengths.

Robert Schofield

Robert Schofield

Robert is a seasoned humanitarian leader, with over twenty years experience in senior roles in complex emergencies as well as at headquarters. He also has substantial experience in the Quality & Accountability sector, having coordinated the Joint Standards Initiative in 2014 that led to the creation of the Core Humanitarian Standard. Robert could strengthen your organisation, with his extensive expertise in conducting external evaluations or as an interim leader. 

Nik Rilkoff

Nik has 20 years’ humanitarian and development experience with international NGOs – in strong partnerships with national NGOs – across Asia and East and Southern Africa. Nik can support your organisation’s work with: – Programme design and proposal-writing; – Real-time learning through monitoring and reporting; – Strategic visioning and organisational management tools; – Auditing humanitarian standards with HQAI. Nik is based in an historic cottage in Featherston, New Zealand, and travels frequently. Nik grew up in a tiny village in the Canadian Rocky Mountains and loves the outdoors. ‘Looking after community’ and living with integrity and compassion are important values for her. 

Rina van der Ende

Rina has been involved in community development for over 25 years, she is an expert in grass root community development in a variety of volatile and unpredictable contexts such as Afghanistan, Pakistan, Sudan, and Egypt. Her prime foci are: empowerment of the most vulnerable, gender mainstreaming, peace building and reconciliation. She is a creative thinker and pragmatic, looking for solutions in cooperation with the participants of the project, she thinks outside the box and looks for innovative solutions in order to include all and to initiate a process of inclusive progress. She is a good facilitator in action research with a strong component of gender mainstreaming and peace building through initiatives at community level. She develops inclusive project proposals and plans.,
